CRUFTS 2024 UPDATE
𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐅𝐓𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐀𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐎𝐇𝐆𝐂 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐆𝐒 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐭𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.
Well done to 𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲 and 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞 who had a wonderful Crufts:
They won with their bitch Margot, Hephzibah Queen of the Night for Questeleet in the Basc Working Gundog bitch class.
Drift, FTW Questeleet Persephone Dee won the Field Trial bitch class in the breed ring. FTW Jogolo Sail came 2nd in the Field Trial Dog class.
𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲𝐬’ Picking-up team, consisting of Anchor, FTCh Jogolo Dark Magic, handled by 𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞, Sail, FTW Jogolo Sail handled by 𝐄𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐧 and Margot, Hephzibah Queen of the Night for Questeleet won the Basc Working Gundog team, with their team ‘Moortown Skips’.
Sail also ran in the Basc Gamekeepers team for Moortown Shoot which were awarded 4th.
𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲 also lent Drift to his young partner in crime, 𝗘𝗹𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗻 (😎, who have been competing all year together in JH tests, to run in the Basc Young Handler, they didn’t repeat their win from last year, but they were awarded a prize and a goodie bag, as was 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐧 (😎 who ran Sail. 𝐍𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐧 (6) entered the Basc Young Handlers for the first time with Margot and wowed the judges and was awarded 2nd place. Well done girls.
𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭’𝐬 Crufts debut was rewarded with a 3rd place in the Field Trial Dog with Sam, FTW Abbotsmere High Flyer. Nice one 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐬.
Sisters, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 and 𝐆𝐰𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡 entered their dogs in the Basc Working Gundog Team with Daisy, Bertie and Max, Daisy of Wold Newton, Wold Newton Bertie and Ploughmans Teal, they were thrilled to come in 2nd place with their team ‘Spirits of Cuxwold’. Brilliant result for Lincolnshire teams.
